Rules (compared to IOI2004)

No support for floppy disks
Requirement that contestants hand in mobile phones during quarantine.
No longer allowed to bring personal keyboard.
Possible need to compress input data for test runs.
Test run facility switched off 30 minutes before end of competition
Additional limits (number of submissions, number of test runs, number and size of printouts).
No exectime facility to obtain execution time info on grading server.
